I replaced downstream sensor with boshe sensor then again with nipondenso sensor. You can drive it all day without it coming on but once left overnight light comes on just a few minutes after starting.

That is a heater code. The first thing you should have done is to test for power and ground arriving at the sensor on the 2 like colored wires..

A buddy was looking it up online somewhere and this is what he told me abd c what I did. The black wire should be battery voltage and pink wire is ground. This I checked with engine running and checks good.

Keep in mind every time I do anything with this I have to drive across town so give n e everything in as much detail as you can. As for checking the two other wires that may or may not be like colored . They are not ground or hot.

We have our own jobs and we do this in our spare time.

The pink wire should have 12v with the key on and the black wire should have ground all the time. Test this with the sensor unplugged.
If you don't have any power, check the EGG1 fuse in the engine compartment box.

Where is primary fuse box location? I have looked under hood and around dash but can only locate a few fuse able links under hood. I know about the box inside door but it does not have egg1 fuse. There has to be another fuse box but it's hidden very good. It's 96 s10 pick up 4.3 engine 2wd

That was a typo. That was ENG1

Although they don't seem t be providing any pictures of it, the wiring diagram states it's in the underhood fuse and relay center. It's a 20 amp.

I assume because you are looking for this that you have already tested the harness and found no power.
