Po134 code with a new CAT and sensor

I put in a new CAT converter and a new o2 sensor and I'm still getting the Po134 reading. I replaced the ECM and still got the same read out. What else can I try.

Check for exhaust , check the wiring continuity from the O2 sensor back to the ECU, you may have a broken wire.
