After replacing both up and down stream sensors as well as wire to upstream heater circuit...downstream o2sensor tests good ! Wire on downstream heater circuit tested GOOD! Cat converter NEW ! SENT it to a pro shop today... smoke test for intake leaks and a scan! Clean except for po141! Anyone experience this challenge w a '95 PREVIA LE/SC
