Had a coolant leak, kept refilling it. Past few days, a rhythmic clicking noise has surfaced. My wife was driving to work when the van "died" along-side of the road. She said she was accelerating to 55 when the engine just quit. Tried to restart it and it (obviously) wouldn't re-start. Towed it home and pulled code P0340, which is "Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1or single sensor). At the time of the code, the vehicle was travelling at roughly 50 MPH, but the code reader states that RPM's were only 128 RPM. Odd. Now, I'm searching for a camshaft position sensor for this vehicle and cannot find it anywhere, although most parts stores have a crankshaft position sensor. Any advice on any part of this?

It looks like the 3.0 engine doesn't have a camshaft sensor, but the 3.3 and 3.8 liter engines do. I see them as available at Advance Auto for $36.98.
