1999 Plymouth Voyager Transmission

Hello, I have a 1999 Voyager3.3 V6 with 140K Mikes. Wile driving to work, the transmission made a belt slipping noise and would not shift. It has since started going through the gears, but still makes this noise. Sometimes it does it in park and not when in gear. Other times it does it in gear and not in park.

Any idea what it could be?

well if you drop the pan and see shinny bits of bearings, you'll know! Hows the color of the fluid?
