1999 Plymouth Voyager My muffler pipe is gone.

Hi. Half of my exhaust pipe rusted off and now it terminates just after the middle chamber halfway under the car mid-way between the front and back. How much do I need to replace, how much will this usually cost and can I do it myself easily enough? Does the whole thing need to be replaced all the way up to the cad converter?

Replacing exhaust parts is real easy and quick, . . . when you have a bunch of special tools including air tools. Sears used to offer free exhaust inspections. They can tell you what you need and can even sell you the parts, but when they tell you what they will charge for labor, I think you'll find it doesn't pay to crawl around on the ground and try to wiggle the pipes together yourself. You will need an afternoon to do what they can do in 30 minutes, and there won't be any leaks or rattles.
