Did you get this with a code reader or the key method?

Received FD Undefined on code reader.

I would check the code readers documentation, it's nort a good fault coes...try turning the key from off to on three times the on the fourth turn, leave it on, fault codes will display on your odometer...dont use the code reader during the proceedure.
