1998 Plymouth Voyager Dash Needle Gauges & lights not w

Have sporadic loss of function of needle gauges and some dash lindicator lights. Every time the indicators and gauges go out the check engine soon and abs indicators come on. When needle gauges work properly telling me speed, gas volume, etc the abs light is NOT on. Sometimes I can get everthing working again simply by shutting engine off and restarting engine later. Other times they willl mysteriously come back on if I go over a big bump.
