Truck cuts off,must shift to neutral to keep it running.trouble codes 13,43,45,66 are indicated from scan.I replaced the O2S-upstream to correct trouble code #66. I don't know what to check/replace for the other above listed codes.My altenator is very noisy,and the belt makes a lot of noise. This van hasn't been driven for 17 months.Could you please help. Thank you.
