Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
My van is in the shop for an engine swap. The guy that did it called and said that the cam would not turn all the way. Before I pay more outragous labor does anyone know what it could be. The man working on it seemed to think it might be the new spark plugs. If this is the case my husband can remove them. All Suggestions and advise welcome
