1998 Plymouth Voyager Air Conditioner does not blow unless

heya,

The air conditioner in my car wasnt working so I read my manuel and it said to make sure there is plenty of antifreeze... which it was low and after adding it the air worked and any time it got low again the air wouldnt work.

Is that possible? or is it possessed? lol

I had the thermostat replaced and now the air wont work at all. I am worried the mechanic added water instead of antifreeze, which I know the air-con is usually the freon, but this is just wild.
