1997 Plymouth Voyager blinking dashboard lights

After re-charging my battery following leaving my lights. The dashboard, rear wiperlights and AC lights blink continuously. The ac and wiper does work. What is causing the blinking?

In speaking with dealership they said the computer needs to be reset. They charge around a $100.00.
I have the same problem and everything works fine but the blinking lights.
