What are the code numbers now in the system that are active?

IS the engine come to temperature within 10 minutes or so now?

Well I changed the thermostat today as well as a radiator flush, My tempature gauge gets up to tempature quicker now and no over heating the heat in the car is stronger but now the cooling fans wont shut off I watched them for 5 minutes and they kept running. I tried the codes in the dash board as some one suggested but I guess i might be doing it wrong as no codes come up...also after having the car idle for at least 20 min, I touched my radiator cap and it was cold is this normal.?

ok after going to autozone this is the code they gave me.

I have already changed the o2 sensor..what can I do..I need to drive oout of town next week can the car be driven like this.?

look for a vacuum leak

yes you can drive with this code out of town

ok thank you i will check for that once I come back from my trip hopefully the van makes it...does a crack manifold mean a vacumm leak..when the did the oil change the mechanic showed me a crack on the manifold that goes to the cat..

that is for sure need to be fixed before replacing any sensors
or looking any further

Thanks I apreciate all your help I will find out how much it cost...now the van has a big antifreeze leak it went from small to big Im about to dump the van to much problems and onlu had it for a month.

after fixing the leak and the sensor now the van has a big oil leak...I never seen this before but when I went I got out of work I noticed that the van had oil leaks coming from the front of the van all the way to the back as though the whole chasis was leaking I just dont know what to do anymorr with this van who knows how much now to fix that big leak..any help is this normal?

what did you do to fix coolant leak
recheck your work
as a 1st step
is it oil or power steering fluid

This is somthing you can figure out.

A big leak is much easier and usually cheaper to fix than little ones.


First check the fluid levels.
What is low and how by how much?

Fill what ever is low, have someone start it while you watch to see where it's coming from.

Like Jack said, recheck the areas you were in to see if something is disconnected.
