my mechanic told me the bearings may have gone in my engine, making a loud tapping noise when driven.
Can i replace these parts myself instead of buying a new engine? or selling the car for next to nothing which i dont want to do. How long would the task take, and how much would the parts roughly be? thanks J[img:e4b57d492e]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/460722_P1020144_1.jpg[/img:e4b57d492e]
