1996 Plymouth Voyager
When you first turn on the headlights the instrument panel lights light up, but the dimmer switch doesn't seem to affect their brightness. The dimmer switch does affect the ODO and clock lights, but not smoothly, they seem to 'flicker' as you roll the dial.
After about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, the panel lights go out completely, and you have to cycle the headlight switch to get them on again.
Is this just a switch issue, or are the lights, or something else, in the panel itself going bad?
