1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE, 3.3L V6. I have done all the tests, check fuses, wiring, etc. to determine that I need to replace my fuel pump. In order to do so, I have a Checker/Shucks automotive specialist saying I need a special tool to release the bushing. The tool I got from them does not seem to fit anywhere. Where the bushing is connected, there appears to be a plastic sleeve(?) inside the location this tool is suppose to go(?). Can you reply with a picture of the proper tool I need to do this procedure? Also, do I really have to remove this specific connector in order to drop the tank to remove the pump. The picture I am including is a larger size so you may see it clearly...of course, you may do whatever resizing or whatnot you need to with it.
