1992 Plymouth Voyager electrical radiator cooling fan motor

The electrical motor for the radiator cooling fan has locked up and started smoking. Do I need to replace this electrical motor, or the entire fan assembly including the shroud, the fan and the electrical motor?

You can replace just the Motor.
