I have a 1992 plymouth voyager and the electrical quit. The car stalled while driving and won't turn over. There's plenty of juice in the battery. The starter solinoid doesn't even 'click' and I get no 'idiot lights' when I turn the key. Oddly enough the heater fan works but the radio does not. Could this be a blown fusable link? And if so, where are they located. My van is a 2.5L 5 spd standard.
