My hadn't been warming up, and I discovered the thermostat was stuck open, so I replaced that and it worked great. I then noticed the fan was not coming on, when the car heated up. No matter how many times the thermostat opened and the water cycled. I disconnected the tempurature sensor, and a few seconds later the check engine light came on, and the fan fired up. Which told me the fan works fine, and the relays are ok. I figured it must be the temp sensor. So I replaced the sensor, and let the coolant cycle about 10 times, and the fan never came on. It wasn't hot enough out today to make the car overheat, it regulated pretty good parked at idle, at about the midpoint on the temp gauge. I don't know what else to do. The fan also does not come on when I turn on the A/C either, but that could be because the A/C system is empty and needs to be recharged, I'm not sure.

Ive got the same exact problem. I replaced the temp sensor and relays. What else could it be? My fan comes on directly when I unplug the CTS...
