Speedometer needle jumps

I put a used transmission in my 1994 Grand Voyger, and it won't shift into high gear and the speedometer needle jumps when I give it gas. It will jump almost all the way clockwise and bounce around. Which sensor may be bad, I would to hate to buy all.

I would suggest the output speed sensor. If you have a code reader(probably not since you are here) YOu could extract exactly what is going on, Is the engine light on? Take her to Autozone and they will tell you if any codes are stored and from that you can make a decision. It is either the input or the output, but my moneys on the output. Let me know how this comes out.
