1999 Plymouth Neon 4 cyl Automatic 161000 miles
I was driving at about 55 to 60 mph and a van pulled out in front of me and so I had to step on my braqkes abruptly after I let my foot off the brake pedal I pushed on the gas peddle and my car was dead. It just died. I tried to start it, it sounds like it wants to start but doesn't. All my lights work and the battery works as well. It just wont start. I recently had a new fuel pump put in and the fuel line is fine, no kinks or anything.
