Windshield Wipers not operating

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 40,000 miles

Yesterday in a heavy rain storm the wipers stopped operating all of a sudden. the fuse for the wiper motor tested good. Does this sound as though it is the wiper motor? And on this model, where is the wiper motor located?

this could just be that the wiper motor has lost its ground. run a ground wire and touch it to the motor caseing with wipers on if works put a new ground on it.
your wiper motor is under the panel between the hood and windshield.
