Electrical problem
1999 Plymouth Breeze 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

ok, so i have a 1999 plymouth breeze and it's been working fine. i recently bought it used from a private owner. he told me that the fuse sometimes pops and if it should happen just pull over, insert a new fuse, and i'll be on my way. i was driving to a friends house and my car just stopped. the engine cut but the music was still playing and my lights were still on. i pulled off to the side of the road and looked and sure enough the fuse was popped. but not the one that he said it would. it was a different fuse. it's the PCM,ASD 20A fuse. i put a new one in and closed the hood and tried to start the car. it just sputtered and didn't turn over. i checked under the hood again and the same fuse was popped. so i called a friend to look at it while i put a new fuse in and start the car. he said it just popped instantly when i tried to start the car. i tried a bigger fuse and it still popped. i eventually had to be towed back to the house. i don't know what to do about this problem and i don't have money for a mechanic. help PLEASE!!
