I own a 1999 Plymouth Breeze 4 door and have noticed an excessive amount of exhaust coming out lately even when it is warmer weather out after driving for a little while, not when first starting it. I have checked the oil and there is no choc milk shake effect to it, the overflow bottle of the coolant is clean and the true color of antifreeze, it starts right up, doesn't run rough, there doesn't look like moisture is dripping from tailpipe. It has never overheated that I know of, always staying at the middle mark, which the fan comes on from time to time to keep it there but has never went past it. I don't notice a sweet smell to exhaust but a couple times after starting and going back there has noticed a faint gasoline smell for a short time. What could be causing all this to be coming out?
