My daughter's car was hit hard on her passenger side door and front panel over the tire by an suv. The next time she drove the car the speedometer and odometer wouldn't work and the car wouldn't shift out of first. My question is two fold. 1) Could the force of the impact from the accident cause these symptoms and 2) if not, what could be wrong with it?
