1998 Plymouth Breeze Please Help

i have a 1998 plymouth breeze. it was running fine untill the other day when we had a rain downpour. Now for some reason, when i start is up it is misfiring, and making the engine shake bad. I have an obd2 reading of cylinder 3 misfire, what could be the cause of this.

When were the plugs and wires changed last?

well all of them wherent changed when it happened we only replaced number 3

You have 134,000 miles on the car. All the plugs and ignition wires should have been changed long ago. Do that before looking any further.
