1998 Plymouth Breeze front brakes

I have replaced my front brakes two or three times with in a year and a half. Four months ago I replaced my rotors calipers and pads. But the passesnger side front brakes still burn out the pads and rotors. My step dad thought it was a flex line problem so we replaced that. But I still find that my brakes feel like they won't let go after I let off the pedal and when i stop I smell burning pads. Is this a usual problem people with my car have or is it just my luck. How ever the case may be what else can you suggest I do?
