1998 Plymouth Breeze Dash lights and Rear running lights ou

I have a issue that i have lost the dash lights and rear running tailights. Brake lights work fine. Checked fuses all seems fine.... Any suggestions would be great

I'm goin thru a no Brake light issue now....
I noticed in the fuse block under the hood near the Battery terminals. Open the cover and there is a fuse for dash/tail lights.
Check it out

Any thoughts on no brakes??
I'm about to go out and look at the pedal switch. That the only thing I have not checked yet
