THE AIR CONDITIONER RUNS HOT AFTER CAR WARMS UP WHEN ACCELERATING.IT SEEMS TO BE A VACUUM PROBLEM. HOW CAN THIS BE FIXED?

I would start with finding the vacuum leak and repairing it.

Finding a vacuum leak that could cause your problem could be almost impossible without a smoke machine.
But they are too expensive for most people to buy.
You might call around to some shops in your area to see if they have one and take it to them.

I would like to rule out some other things, but I need to ask some question.
What is happening to make you think it is a vacuum leak?

Does the air blow out the dash vents all the time, even when it warms up?

Does the AC air get cold before the engine is hot?

How much driving does it take before the air heats up?

THE AIR ALWAYS BLOWS FROM VENTS.
AC AIR DOES GET COLD BEFORE ENGINE IS WARM.
ONCE ENGINE IS WARM THE HOT AIR STARTS TO COME OUT OF VENTS WHEN I ACCELERATE TO BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH

Does it ever get cool again while you are driving faster than 40mph?

YES ,IT DOES GET COOL AGAIN AFTER 40 MPH.

The compressor and the fans at the radiator (that help pull air in through the condenser) are controlled by a mix of the BCM and the PCM.

If the PCM thinks that you are at wide open throttle, it will shut off the compressor so all the power from the engine can be used for accelerating.

Does the air get hot while you are accelerating up to 40, but once you get to speed and let off the gas pedal and only need to maintain 40mph the air cools back down?
If so, try to accelerate slower as a test. To see if the air stays cool.

Perhaps you have a faulty TPS or there is resistance in the wire between it and the PCM. And is getting a false reading.
