fuel problem

My best guess would be a weak fuel pump that may need to be replaced but before buying a new fuel pump try to drain all the gas out of the tank & refill it with new gas.

Another problem that would have this same symptom does not have anything to do with the fuel intake system but has to do with haveing bad engine compression. Bad Engine compression can be caused by a blown head gasked or you may just have bad compression bolts. As for the moisture in the headlight houseing that is completly normale and that just comes with the age of a vehical.
