Brakes problem
1989 Plymouth Acclaim 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
We have replaced the master cylinder with a brand new one, not used. There is no fluid leaking anywhere. The brakes have been bled to death and there is no air in lines anywhere. Is it possible the brake booster would be causing the brake failure? When the engine is not running, we have a full pedal, but as soon as you start the car, the pedal goes to the floor. We have done the booster test of pumping brakes while car is off and then starting car while pressing pedal. The pedal goes all the way to the floor, not just down slightly. This is driving me crazy!!!! Please help!
