Where is the intake air temperature sensor located?

It is a component of the Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) as an integrated internal 'non replaceable' part.

Are you referring to the 'Ambient Air Temperature Sensor'?? It's under the front grille. Check this YouTube about it and it shows what's involved in getting to it to replace it:
