Piston is noising & car race some time ok some time very low

1- I start the car but after 1 minute car off then i wait for 3 to 5 minutes and start again then start.
2- When car start a noise is come from the piston like tik tik tik tik
3- i try to increase accelerator but car do not pick the accelerator and not pick the race above 60 or 70 km/hour. and some time not pick like dead slow

Sir, plz help me in this regard, i am worry about this problem.

Might be a few problems, the best thing I can say is have the vehicle tuned up, make sure the engine is full but not over full. the fuel filter may be getting clogged up.
