Pin hole Radiator leak

My Mechanic found a small pin hole leak in the Radiator, that's why my dashboard light came on recently, saying, "Add Coolant!"

His recommendation was to pay his shop about $1,200.00 to replace the radiator.

My question is, is there a liquid repair that you'd recommend for my vehicle that would get me to the summer months, to be able to pay that amount for the repair?

Good evening,

Sealers are never a good thing to add. They clog up radiator and heater cores and cause more issues.

Even if you did add a sealer, it would be very temporary. It will just postpone the correct repair.

I would shop around as the dealer is always way overpriced. I would consider performing the correct repair.
