Good morning, can you please tell me which number is the correct serial number on the radio? Please see image number 1.In addition image number 2 shows how the radio looks.Thanks in advance.

Hello Danny, I tried but it didn't work. Do you know any other method? I wonder if it needs programming because there is no sound coming from it and I cannot see the display screen clearly.

What was the original reason for the disruption? Disconnected battery, Replacement stereo, etc?

okay sir,the vehicle was crashed and from that happen, the radio stop working.

Did you check foe power at the fuses. here is guide and the fuse locations as well:

Yes, you can have a voltage spike that causes this issue. Did you change the fuses?

Yep, check the images in the post above it shows all fuses and the radio system fuses as well.
