After changing music stereo in my car, the stop error displays on the dashboard. My car won't switch on and when I turn on the ignition my wipers are on with lights despite the fact that I'm trying to turn them off. I disconnected the battery n then connected it again but it would not help. Please advice why this is happening. The car was working fine before changing the music system.
