On a cold start the engine idles at 1000-1200rpm, after about 10 minutes this settles down to 850rpm which is the norm. The car has only recently started doing this in the last two months. I have also lost power up until 2500 - 3000revs then it kicks in and off we go. The car used to pull all the way through the rev range.
