1996 Peugeot 106 starting intermittently

Hi my car will not start on the key it turns over fine but no spark and no fuel to the carb? however it will bump off? iv alredy checked fuel pump which is working fine also new coil pack new carb and bypassed the ingnition il fresh out of ideas? after the car has been bump started and run for half hour or so it will start on the key! confused.com any ideas?? many thanks nick
