Brake pedal goes to the floor after replacing front brakes

Hi,

If the brake pedal is going to the floor, there are no leaks, there is no air in the system, and the brake master cylinder is full, most likely the brake master cylinder is bad.

Additionally, I attached the directions specific to your vehicle for replacement. If you do replace the master cylinder, make sure to bench bleed it prior to installing it.

Replaced the master cylinder with a new one and still nothing.

Does this vehicle have ABS? When you replaced the calipers, did the master cylinder run dry? Let me know. Also, in general, how are you bleeding the brakes? Do you have a helper pump the pedal and hold it while you open the bleeder and close it before the pedal being released? One other question, when you bleed the system, do start at the right rear, then left rear, then the right front, and end at the left front?

If the master cylinder was empty when you had everything apart and the vehicle has ABS, there is a good chance the ABS module needs to be bleed using a scan tool that can perform an automated bleed.

Let me know as much as you can. If you look at the attached pic, it explains how to perform the automated bleed. It will require a scan tool that can communicate with the ABS module.
