Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

You have replaced the PDK controller and the pressure sensor. In my mind, that leaves one of two possible problems. First, there is a wiring issue that is intermittent and checks good when you test it. Or, there is an oil pressure issue.

Clutch 1, measured oil pressure > 21 bar

Check the pressure to confirm it isn't too high. Something could be causing an issue.
That would create a problem with the sensor.

Recheck the wire between the pressure sensor and the PDK. Move it around, check the connection for damage, check the wire for internal damage.

Let me know,

Joe

Hello, thanks for your reply. transmission is already replaced, don't think that can be an issue over pressure inside the gearbox. The wiring is check no short to b+ or b-. he resistance of the wire is as specified, to make sure I remove the original pressure sensor wire and run outside wire from PDK cu to transmission but after 100 same fault appear p0843 with p181a.
This screen shot the I send is from your forum it is like my issue after replacing transmission and cu he got fault code p0846 pressure sensor 2short to b+ and mine is p0843 pressure sensor 1. not mentioned at the end what was his solution I wanted to know please.

Welcome back:

I was unaware of the P181A. That is the opposite end of the spectrum as far as pressure. When that code is set with P0843, the problem is usually related to sensor grounding and not a short to B+. Are you sure the ground is equally as good?

I'm sorry. Not being there to see what exactly is happening and how things are being checked makes it difficult. I hope you understand.

Everything I have checked indicates when both codes are present, there is a ground problem.

Sorry I wasn't of more help. Take care of yourself and I still think it is a grounding issue. LOL If you determine the cause, would you let me know?
