PCM relay power problem

PCM relay not activating. Relay is good. Will not start, only cranks over no ignition. Jumped PCM relay and started fine and ran great. No activation voltage to relay.

Good morning,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.

You jumped pins 30 and 87 for it to run.

You need to check for power on pin 86. If you have power, then you need to check 85 for ground.

The PCM grounds the relay to allow power to the ignition system.
