PCM not communicating, pinout needed?

The first thing I would do is check the scanner in another car to see if it works, next check the fuse # 5 - 15 amp in the central fuse panel at the right end of the dashboard. This guide can help:

Here are the wiring diagrams for the ALDL connector and a guide to help you check the power and ground for the system. You may have a bad PCM.
