PCM/ECM testing?

So, I need to do a test on my car to see if it's the PCM/ECM that's preventing my car from starting and was wondering step by step on how to test it. I have the car listed above SE model.

A CAN scan will show you any errors in the system. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is how to replace the PCM in case you need it. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
