Fuel pump and starter shut down. can't reset pats system. all relays and fuses good will start and run if power starter and fuel pump.

Hello,
Try this method to see if that helps to reset the passive anti-theft system (PATS):
Hold the panic button on the key fob for 2 seconds.
Close all the doors and while using the key lock and use the key to unlock the lock the driver's door.
If that doesn't work remove the negative battery cable for 15 seconds and reconnect.

It that does not work you will need a scan tool to reset the PATS.
