Bought a OBD 2 code reader. But says there is no codes on module? I checked fuses none are blown. I have a repair manual but cannot figure it out.

Hello there, assuming the engine cranks over, you will have to check and see if you are getting any spark while cranking the engine over. You can buy spark tester for cheap at a local auto parts store, that is a good place to start with this issue. It is the safer way so you do not get a shock from the ignition system.
