My passenger door window stopped working. At first the window wouldn't go up, only down. When it reached the down position, it wouldn't move at all. The motor was still sounding, but there was a crunching/grinding noise when the power button was engaged. I assumed this was a bad regulator. I found your video*, bought a new part, and started disassembling the door.
When I tried lifting the window with my hands to expose the bolts on the regulator to loosen, the window sticks after lifting about an inch and will not budge. I looked down from the top of the door and through the holes in the door frame and I did not see any obstruction. I am wondering if you have any suggestions on how to move forward.
Thanks,
Mike
