passenger side rear door is not staying closed.

the door latch was not closing to keep door shut. Car has manual lock and window cranks and I am unable to move the manual lock/unlock switch. I cant get the interior door skin off because I don't know how to remove window crank.

There is a clip that is behind where the handle mounts. It is a horse shoe shaped clip. There is a special tool for removing it, but if you have a very thin screwdriver, you should be able to get it.
