passenger seat controls work intermittently and seat heater does not work

I have checked fuses. the dealership says its the memory seat module and will cost $700. to repair

thee is a tsb on this very problem as far as heater may effect control problem as well it's 10-08-50-008B I'm sending pics of problem before and after. the seat has to be removed and re route the harness . you should have rpo AN# KA1 or KB6 for this don't know if they will charge for this or not though. the RPO number should be on glove box door inside.

One other thing, if air bag has deployed then the memory module has to be reprogrammed will also cause the memory problem.
