My passenger side power window fell off track, and it is stuck down. I removed the door panel and I was able to get the glass back on track, but when I tried to push the button on the drivers side, it did not move nor could I hear the motor working. I proceeded to check the 40 amp fuse, but I cannot tell if it is blown or not, because I have not ever seen this type of fuse before.

Use a test light or volt meter to test the fuse with the key on, it should have power on both sides.

Thank you, but I do not have a test light or a volt meter, if I did I would not even know how to use it.

Where the arrow is pointing it should be solid across, if is not the fuse is not good. see picture.
