The right passenger side low beam not working?

It was a bad bulb (we pulled it) but then I lent the van to someone who got into a fender bender, repaired the headlight assembly, didn't tell me. When I replaced the bulb assembly the light didn't work. The van is a Limited and uses HID headlights.

Suggested steps to diagnose and repair the problem?

Hi,

First, locate a white wire with a tan tracer. Check that wire to see if there is power present when the low beams are on.

If there is power, locate the black wire. The black wire is the ground wire, check to see if there is continuity to ground.

I attached the wiring schematic below, so you have a reference. Also, here is a link you may find helpful:

If no power is present, I have seen the TIPM go out which is common, you can get a used unit by searching Ebay which should fix the problem. Here is how to change the TIPM out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
